About this website

This website explains LEVR's current distribution model and allows prospective artists to submit qualification information and request a meeting. Site content is general information, not a distribution offer, financial statement or guarantee of results.

Qualification and agreements

Submitting a form or booking a meeting does not create a distribution relationship. Catalog scope, rights, services, commercial terms, migration steps, duration and exit arrangements apply only when they are included in a separate agreement accepted by both LEVR and the artist.

No performance guarantee

Streaming revenue varies by DSP, territory, reporting period, subscription or usage type, audience activity, release timing, catalog mix, commercial terms and other factors. A pilot comparison, prior result or statement on this site does not guarantee future earnings or uninterrupted platform availability.

Rights and catalog materials

Using this site does not transfer ownership of music, recordings, artwork, names or other rights to LEVR. If a distribution relationship begins, the artist is responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for all submitted materials. Any license granted to LEVR is defined only in the signed agreement.

Distribution and third-party services

LEVR may use third-party distribution, hosting, database, email, calendar and other service providers. The exact catalog delivery route and responsible provider are documented before migration. References to a service do not imply an endorsement or direct partnership unless LEVR expressly states one.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse forms, submit unlawful or misleading material, interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, or use the site in a way that harms LEVR, its users or service providers.

Third-party links

The site may link to artist profiles, social networks, DSPs and other third-party services. LEVR does not control those services and is not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

Site availability and changes

We may update, correct, suspend or remove website content and functionality. We aim to keep the site accurate and available but do not promise that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
